Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting Spirit and Sapphire! Each order is prepared with intention and care — whether handcrafted by us in Canada or fulfilled through one of our trusted production partners.
Product and Service Processing Time
· Handcrafted Items & Physical Products Fulfilled by Spirit and Sapphire:
Orders are carefully packaged in Ontario, Canada within 2–3 business days of purchase before they are shipped.
· Services Fulfilled by Spirit and Sapphire:
Services (such as distant Reiki, dream interpretation and tarot readings) are delivered via email or text within 48 hours of purchase.
· Digital Products Fulfilled by Spirit and Sapphire:
Digital files (eBooks, trackers, guides, art, etc.) are processed and sent via email within 48 hours of purchase.
· Printify Fulfilled Products (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories, etc.):
Product listings will indicate if an item is fulfilled by Printify. These items are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted Printify partners.
Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by standard shipping times of approximately 10-30 business days depending on destination. Printify will specify the approximate shipping times and cost during check out.
Shipping & Tracking
· All physical orders include tracking
· You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
· Multiple items in the same order may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
· Printify fulfilled products ship separately from all other products and services fulfilled directly by Spirit and Sapphire.

Estimated Delivery Times
Canada Post (Handcrafted Items):
· Within Canada: 2–10 business days
· To the U.S.: 4–10 business days
Printify Orders (from U.S. or international production partners):
· Canada & U.S.: 10-30 business days after production. Printify will specify the approximate shipping times and cost during check out.
· Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons
Duties & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees that may apply to orders shipped outside of Canada, including shipments to the USA. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Spirit and Sapphire cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels. We trust the tracking information provided by Canada Post, USPS, and other carriers.
If your package seems to have vanished after it’s marked as delivered, here are a few things you can do:
1. Check around your home or mailbox area. Look behind planters, fences, or side entrances — sometimes packages are tucked out of sight.
2. Ask your neighbors or building manager in case it was delivered nearby.
3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number. They may be able to provide delivery details or GPS confirmation.
4. If your order was insured, you may be able to file a claim with the carrier.
We understand how frustrating this can be and will always do what we can to support you through the process. However, please note that we are unable to refund or replace items once tracking confirms successful delivery.
