Refund policy

Returns for Physical Products 

We have a 30-day return policy for our physical products which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unused with no damage or alterations.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).
  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Must not be a purchased sale item

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@spiritandsapphire.ca with your order details and reason for needing a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Please note: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns and a 10% restocking fee as this is a small business and we are not at that corporate level of profits yet.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale/Discounted Items — All discounted and sale items are final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products, distant Reiki, dream interpretation and tarot readings due to their nature. Once purchased, digital products are final sale.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@spiritandsapphire.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused.
  • In original packaging.
  • With proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@spiritandsapphire.ca.
